Our Infrastructure team are the backbone of technical operations. They maintain our servers and networks, ensuring our platform is available 247/365, whilst also enabling seamless scalability during our busiest periods throughout the year.
Protecting all data across the business, we have our Cyber Security team. They safeguard the data of our millions of customers, and mitigate risks of any potential attacks, ensuring we remain the UK’s most trusted electrical retailer.
All of our AOers have the tech and equipment they need to focus on delivering exceptional service, all because of our Service Desk team! They’re always on hand to ensure everything works to its full capability and issues are resolved quickly to prevent any disruptions. They are our frontline support and the unsung hero’s when a quick “turn off and back on” doesn’t work!
