Trading and Supply at AO

Our Trading & Supply team are all about grabbing the best products from our suppliers, keeping the supply chain running smoothly, and making sure our customers shiny new appliances arrive at their doorstep before they can blink (okay, maybe a bit longer than that, but you get the idea).

They very much work behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly. They work hard to make sure we’ve got the right products, when our customers want them. They’re constantly in touch with manufacturers and suppliers to keep our stock levels topped up. That means we can offer great prices, fast deliveries, and, most importantly, the products our customers love.

Ultimately, they make sure our stock is in the right place, at the right time.

Trade

Our Trading team are the key to making sure that our product offerings are both profitable and in high demand. They’re responsible for selecting and managing the products sold on our website, making sure they are priced competitively, and make sure that the right stock levels are maintained. Working closely with departments like supply chain, marketing, and customer service, the trading team ensures that products are available when customers need them and at the best price possible. The team also work directly with suppliers to negotiate deals and ensure product availability. Ultimately, they’re focused on boosting sales and revenue while keeping the whole process running smoothly, making sure that we stay stocked up, competitive, and ready for any spikes in demand.

Supply

Our Supply team handle everything from getting products in stock to getting them delivered to customers. They work with suppliers to make sure products are sourced on time and meet quality standards. Once the products are in, they keep track of inventory so there’s always enough stock without overdoing it. They also handle the delivery side, keeping in touch with our drivers, to make sure everything arrives on time and in good condition. They maintain good relationships with suppliers to make sure deliveries are on time and the products are top quality. Our analysts are always looking for ways to improve things, whether it’s making inventory management easier or working on speeding up deliveries. Basically, they make sure everything runs smoothly so customers get their orders quickly and correctly.
