Our People Team are there to make sure all AOers, managers and people are supported, by creating brilliant people experiences ; our people are our superpower after all! Our purpose is to make customers’ lives easier by helping them brilliantly, but in our people team, our AOers are our customers, and we’re passionate about creating moments that matter whether its becoming an AOer, being part of the AO family, and once an AOer always an AOer.

Our Purpose

We want to break the mould and make a real difference for our people, whether that’s by taking care of them and their well being, creating a welcoming and inclusive workplace or providing lots of learning opportunities so the sky’s the limit!
