Say hi to Customer Experience Specialist Dan. He’s one of the larger-than-life personalities in our Horwich HQ, and before joining AO in October 2020, his job put him in the firing line quite literally.
“Before AO, I served in the Armed Forces for eight years,” Dan reveals.
“I travelled to some fantastic places around the world, but I also served in some very hostile situations.”
Dan continues to thrive today at AO, albeit it in much safer conditions.
“When I joined AO last year, I never knew I would enjoy and love the company so much,” he adds.
