The UK Contact Centre Forum held their annual awards ceremony in Coventry this month and we’re proud to say that our team in Bolton won ‘Contact Centre Recruitment team of the year!’
The UKCCF are an independent body who help contact centre and customer service professionals meet and share ideas. Their website features all the latest industry news, events listings, and articles on strategy and technology. In short, they’re the experts in recognising top talent in the contact centre industry.
This year the AO Recruitment Team were nominated for ‘Contact Centre Recruitment Team of the Year’, alongside Tate Recruitment and 2017 prize winners ‘The Chat Shop’.
The judges were looking for how far each team had come in the last 12 months, and what their aspirations were for the future. Fortunately, our team were able to knock their socks off with how their efforts have impacted the entire business objectives, and back it up with some solid figures on how they’ve improved their performance and internal processes.
It’s another brilliant award for the business, and for a team who are crucial to us attracting the very best in talent in the job market. Well done team, you’ve earned it.
