About The Role

Understanding how our customers interact and the way they shop across our sites plays a key part of this role! You’ll join a team who own the full web journey from tagging implementation to onsite testing so you'll have a passion for analytics with a solid understanding of the typical behaviours of online visitors

Using data analytics to troubleshoot our website’s design in order to improve the overall user experience, you'll increase page views turning website leads into customers.

The role will play a vital part as we navigate the switch to GA4 and provides great exposure to the wider business with opportunities to make a real difference.

We know we work better when we’re together, so all our AOers come into the office Monday to Friday. We collaborate more easily, have continual conversations, we’re more creative, give better support, and all this makes us more motivated and even better at what we do.

Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing

  • Utilise Google Analytics (GA360 / GA4) / Big Query data for insights on website performance
  • Maintain and automate dashboards and reporting to meet the requirements of the business utilising Google Big Query and Power BI
  • Define and report key metrics for each web journey stage aligned with business goals
  • Work alongside project teams on new releases and site changes, providing ongoing analysis and monitoring
  • Perform routine reviews of the accessible data for your area, feeding any new tagging requests into our partner agency or creating the tags yourself using GTM

A Few Things About You

  • Experience in Google Analytics GA360
  • Knowledge/understanding of the transition to GA4
  • Used tools such as BigQuery, SQL or PowerBI
  • Experience of managing stakeholders
  • You’re comfortable presenting your findings back, with recommendations
  • Have management or mentoring experience (not essential)
