About The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, particularly Warehouse Management (WMS). You’ll play a key role in leading complex warehouse and logistics programmes, helping us deliver improvements that really make a difference for our customers and our operations.
Working closely with business process owners, solution architects, WMS functional consultants, third‑party partners and senior stakeholders, you’ll turn D365 capabilities into practical, high‑impact solutions across AO. From shaping ideas and guiding delivery through to go‑live and adoption, you’ll make sure everything lands smoothly and delivers real value.
You’ll bring confident, hands‑on leadership, strong supply‑chain know‑how, and the confidence to challenge thinking when needed — all while keeping everyone aligned and moving in the right direction.
Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing
You’ll own and deliver multiple D365 WMS projects and workstreams, keeping everything on track across scope, timelines, budgets and quality. Acting as the driving force behind delivery, you’ll make sure warehouse and logistics teams get solutions that genuinely work for them.
You’ll manage dependencies across D365 modules including SCM, Finance, Manufacturing and Commerce. As well as external systems like WCS, carriers and automation platforms.
You’ll lead the design, configuration and rollout of key WMS capabilities, working closely with technical teams through build, testing and go‑live to ensure solutions meet real operational needs. Alongside this, you’ll build strong relationships with Warehouse Managers, Operations and IT stakeholders, challenging requirements where needed to keep things standardised and aligned to D365 best practice. With clear governance, strong communication and transparent reporting, you’ll keep everyone aligned, surface risks early and help teams feel ready and confident for change.
A Few Things About You

- Proven experience delivering D365 SCM/WMS projects end‑to‑end.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics processes.
- Ability to translate operational needs into structured D365 WMS requirements.
- Experience managing third‑party implementers and offshore teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Solid governance, RAID management, and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methods.
Desirable
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Experience with WCS/WES integrations and warehouse automation.
- Experience in ERP transformation programmes.
- Exposure to integration technologies such as API, batch jobs, and EDI
