About The Role

Working closely with teams across AO, you’ll help shape and improve our systems and processes so they’re simple, effective and built for the future. It’s all about making sure our data, technology and ways of working help our people do their best work, every day.

Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing

You’ll be right at the heart of our people systems, working closely with stakeholders to understand what they need and turning that into simple, effective solutions. From supporting system updates, testing changes and keeping everything running day to day, to making sure our systems stay secure, accurate and compliant, you’ll be the one who keep things ticking.

You’ll also drive improvements that enhance the user experience, use smarter and more automated ways of working to reduce manual effort, and take ownership of system changes, issues and priorities. Along the way, you’ll collaborate with teams across AO and step in to support projects and the wider team whenever needed.
