This is a fantastic opportunity to use your expertise to develop colleagues, improve safety standards and help create high-performing teams across our operation.
We have opportunities available on both permanent days working a 12-hour shift pattern.

- Lead inductions for new starters and agency colleagues
- Train, assess and re-certify colleagues on MHE equipment
- Support compliance with health and safety standards across the site
- Maintain accurate training records and certification data

Qualifications
- Accredited MHE Instructor qualification (RTITB, ITSSAR or AITT) preferred
Previously held an MHE Instructor qualification that's now expired? Don't let that stop you applying. We're happy to speak with experienced candidates and support the right person in becoming up to date and operational again.
Desirable
- Manual Handling Instructor qualification
- Level 3 Assessing qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience within a fast-paced warehouse, logistics or distribution environment
