About The Role

Our Shunters are a key part of our depot operation, working closely with the Shunting Supervisor, Team Leaders, and Warehouse Team to keep everything running smoothly.

We're looking for a motivated and reliable individual who can work independently, stay focused in a busy environment, and confidently identify and report any issues. If you're proactive, safety-conscious, and enjoy being part of a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.

• Pay: £16.15 per hour
• Job Type: Permanent Contract
• Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off
• Hours: 39.4

Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing

• Transport goods between local sites, ensuring all items arrive in perfect condition
• Comply with all road safety regulations and company procedures
• Complete delivery documentation accurately and promptly
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any defects or issues
• Communicate effectively with depot teams and the transport office
• Report any accidents, damages, or safety concerns promptly

A Few Things About You

• Current and Valid CPC and DIGI TACHO
• No more than 6 penalty points (no IN, DR Or DD Codes)
• Excellent level of English
• Good knowledge of the UK road network
• Good timekeeping
• Previous experience as a Class 1 Driver (desirable).
