Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing

• Hours: 40.25 hours per week
• Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off Shift Pattern
• Start/Finish time: 6am - 6pm
• Salary: £24,637.60 - £26,780.00

You will:

• Stay up to date with legal requirements
• Strong ability to manage and motivate individuals
• Adhere to HR processes and procedures, including investigations and disciplinary meetings
• Set clear expectations for drivers and proactively address any concerns
• Oversee daily tasks and ensure proper delegation
• Update and manage daily and weekly reports

A Few Things About You

Possess a solid understanding of transport legislation.
Confident in people management.
Be able to navigate potential vehicle issues or damages.
Be a problem solver and make key decisions.
Have strong communication skills.
