Job Overview

About The Role

As part of our operational team, you’ll be hands‑on in keeping our vehicles loaded safely, on the road, and ready to deliver the amazing service our customers know us for. You’ll get stuck into the day‑to‑day—making sure loads are secure, vehicles stay compliant, and everything meets our high AO standards.

You’ll complete regular reports with accuracy, keep a close eye on safety, and build great working relationships with our employed engineers, our self‑employed crews, and the contractors who help keep our vehicles in top shape. Whether it’s supporting repairs, sorting maintenance, or sharing the right info at the right time, you’ll be the glue that keeps everything running smoothly.

It’s all about creating a safe, efficient operation behind the scenes so our drivers can deliver the best possible experience to our customers—because at AO, we’re all about treating every delivery like it’s the most important one of the day.
