About The Role

The affiliate channel is like the heartbeat of AO's paid ads game, teaming up with loads of websites to get our brand out there!

As our Affiliate Executive, you’ll be overseeing our partnerships with third-party websites, coordinating trade-funded campaigns, and managing various affiliate activities. You'll be the one making sure all these important parts of our affiliate channel run smoothly, and develop new opportunities to drive growth!

We know we work better when we’re together, so all our AOers come into the office Monday - Friday. We collaborate more easily, have continual conversations, we’re more creative and give better support and all this makes us more motivated and even better at what we do.

Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing

  • Work closely with the Affiliate Manager and our Affiliate network (AWIN) to actively seek new opportunities and grow the platform
  • Keep an eye on performance targets, stay in touch with affiliates, verify sales, and handle invoicing procedures
  • Help manage current affiliate partners and identify ways to grow their performance
  • Help research and source new affiliate opportunities
  • Take ownership of manufacturer funded campaigns process and maintain the affiliate promotion planner
  • Planning and organising promotional activity with affiliate partners across a range of verticals
  • Reviewing performance of activity against targets via multiple reporting tools & metrics, taking learnings & making recommendations for the future
  • Communicate industry trends to the Affiliate Team and the widder team and attending industry events

A Few Things About You

  • Experience in Affiliate Marketing
  • A people person able to develop and maintain relationships
  • Able to work at pace, in a calm, coordinated manner
  • A commercial mind with the ability to spot a good deal & negotiate on costs
  • Experience with AWIN is preferred but not needed
