More About the Role
AO Business is at the start of its journey, with growth ambitions to rival that of the retail business. The successful candidate can be an important part of that journey.
Our success is dependent upon delivering an excellent client service to not only organisations but their customers. We are looking for individuals to join and ensure we provide a consistently deliver our promises. As an Account Executive you will be expected to efficiently and accurately processing orders for our key clients. This may involve speaking directly with our clients and their customers to arrange delivery and minimise cancellations.
Our product range is more diverse and the needs of our clients more varied. We want to do with the B2B market, what ao.com did to the online retail market, challenging the norm to find a better way of doing business. It is a great opportunity to get a first-hand understanding of Business-to-Business account management and further develop your customer-facing skills.
This role may be split between AO Business clients and AO Rental customers. For AO Rental you may be answering enquiries from vulnerable adults interested in becoming AO Rental customers. This would require the successful candidate to demonstrate an ability to empathetically discuss the key terms, process the transaction and deal with any customer issues.
As you develop and succeed, you will be given access to in house training on account management and expand your product knowledge.
Here's What You Can Expect to be Doing
You will be dealing with a variety of new and existing clients from a range of sectors. Your main duties will include
- Monitor the emails
- Outbound AO Rental referrals to complete their sign up
- Answer any queries and proactive seek customer feedback
- Track and investigate trial data captured. Provide recommendations to the Key Account Manager.
- Contact people who were unable to pay and arrange alternative payment terms or a collection of the appliance.
A Few Things About You
- Must have fantastic communication skills
- Must be self-motivated
- Must have a high attention to detail
- Must be PC literate with an excellent working knowledge of spreadsheets
- Must be organised and able to work on own initiative
- Must be able to manage time effectively
