Our tech department are remote-first, but we come together twice a month in the office to work collaboratively and celebrate our wins. We’ve got a Tech Culture Group that organises big community days where you can find talks from peers about the fantastic innovation taking place. So if talks, writing articles or creating a podcast are your thing – there’s nothing stopping you from setting something up here. You’ll never be short of support or encouragement.
