One thing we are known for at AO is throwing epic parties, and because our contact centre in Crewe turned one this week we couldn’ pass up the perfect chance to celebrate another milestone. On the 4th July we threw one of our famous office parties, to say thank you for all the hard work our teams have put in over the past year.
Did you know that our contact centre handled 894,447 inbound and outbound calls between July 2016 and July 2017!
There’s no question that our advisor’s have been working hard to give our customers the best experience possible. It’s no ordinary story about how our contact centre’s strive to be exceptional in the moments that matter.
Our Trust Pilot score of 9.5 out of 10 and an NPS score in the mid 80’s take’s a lot of effort and you it’s true when you say you can’ pay people to care. It’s so important that we do our jobs feeling happy and that means having Fun – even when we’re at work!
We love to elevate the careers of our AO’ers and have promoted 16 of the team over the last year which is a huge testament to this, That’s over one a month!
That’s why we took an hour out of the day to throw our first birthday party. There were lot’s of balloons, plenty of cake, cheesy music and traditional party games – including musical chairs!
Over 70 AO’ers partied in our Diner to join in, take photos and stock up on the free birthday cake.
