Parklands is our five-storey head office based in Bolton, the very town where AO was founded in 2000. It’s home to our Inbound Contact Centre, as well as IT, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Trade, People, and Brand and Marketing teams.

Wherever you look at our Bolton head office, you’ll see AO’s culture shining through, from the décor to the collaborative layout. Our AOers can start the day right with a free breakfast, get their caffeine kick from the subsidised Starbucks, enjoy a table tennis knockabout, or treat themselves to a relaxing massage in the Spa.

On-site Spa

The Spa is AO’s subsidised salon, offering a variety of different treatments including hairstyling, waxing, gel nails and more.

The Northern Quarter

This Northern Quarter themed area is a great place to have scrums, sprint kick off meetings and lightning talks.

The Why Room

Bolton has many themed meeting rooms to gain a little some privacy. All our meeting rooms come with walls that you can write on, making it easier to discuss ideas together.

The Brand Lab

Bolton has six large meeting spaces, each with their own distinctive theme. There’s the Voodoo Lounge, the Lego Room, the Bar, the Brand Lab, the Warehouse and the Loading Bay.
