About The Role
Based out of our head office near Bolton, you’ll join a passionate multi-disciplinary UX team that’s focused on creating the best online retail experience in Europe.
Working as part of a cross-functional squad, you’ll focus on understanding how our customers shop, before transforming these insights into unique and effective experiences that deliver on our customer’s core needs.
Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing
You’ll be hands on, identifying user needs, prototyping solutions, testing ideas with UX researchers and refining designs with data and user feedback.

A Few Things About You
You love solving actual problems for real human beings and care as much about doing the right thing as you care about doing that thing right.
You are clear and passionate when it comes to articulating your design rationale to stakeholders. You know how to tell a great story.
You’re resolute in how you use insights, data and assumptions to drive design through thoughtful hypotheses.
You’ve had exposure to A/B and multivariate testing.
You always work with a User Researcher, or conducted your own user research.
You can share an awesome portfolio, which tells the story of your design thinking.
