About The Role
Due to our recent growth this year, we have an exciting new role available within our CRM Team. This is a key role, responsible for supporting all business areas within the AO Group to send transactional communications to our customers. These include sending order confirmations, invoices, account details and all service/delivery related comms via email and SMS... Basically all the key communication our customers need!
This role can at times be reactive, so would need someone who works well under pressure. It will be more of a technical role; using html or block-builder templates to setup emails and SMS and using data flows/automation programmes to setup journeys using event trigger points and decision diagrams therefore HTML knowledge would be required.
This is a great opportunity to work closely with different areas of the business, so you will need good communication skills to liaise and work with key stakeholders. An ability to troubleshoot problems quickly and logically, and own a project from start to finish will put you in great stead for the role
Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing
• Setup of new communications - taking data given via payloads in order to setup the triggering of comms via automation centre and add in personalisation to emails/SMS
• Amendments of current comms - this could be wording changes, adding in more information, updating design
• Liaising with IT teams to ensure we get correct data
• Liaising with key stakeholders to ensure sign-off
• Troubleshooting where needed
• Reporting on performance of comms
A Few Things About You
Good knowledge of HTML is essential
Someone who is self-motivated and can ‘get on with the job in hand’
Strong technical knowledge of working with an ESP (Emarsys, Salesforce, Responsys)
SQL knowledge is preferred
Analytical/problem solving mindset
