About The Role

You will be responsible for supporting our Talent Acquisition team in the day to
day recruitment of our logistics division, this will encompass a multitude of volume areas and roles. You will work closely with our commercial planning teams, hiring manager and the wider TA team to ensure we are always putting our best foot forward.
You will be expected to encourage and help to pave the way to attract, assess and hire talent into AO. You will have the opportunity to collaborate and communicate with a range of people, both internally and externally, whilst supporting the logistics talent acquisition team in delivering top talent.

Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing

Delegate workload across the TA team based on capacity of recruiter
Continuous upskilling/multiskilling of our Logistics Talent Acquisition team
Attend/run meetings with stakeholders to discuss current and future recruitment plans
Manage staffing plan for our outbases sites nationwide
Collaborate with stakeholders on attraction plans and forecasts.
Support the Logistics TA team with any day-to-day escalations or queries.
Run team catch ups and meetings on a weekly basis.
Over see employee change process and action any paperwork that is necessary.
Work with the wider TA team on ongoing projects
Support with recruitment when needed.

A Few Things About You

• Logistics background is desirable
• Be able to build long lasting relationships with key stakeholders
• Be able to communicate to all levels within the business.
• Be comfortable to test the status quo
• Have a passion for finding top class talent
• Experience in being able to support a team of recruiters at different levels.
