About The Role

Here at AO we are looking for an experienced administrator that is interested in Finance/Payroll. Time and Attendance Administrator will ensure that the RealTime Time & Attendance System is maintained to provide the data to pay our colleagues.

This is a vital step in our payroll cycle. You'll need a keen eye for detail to make sure the payroll process starts off correctly.

Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing

In this role you will be required to input data from various streams into the T&A system and ensure accuracy. You'll be required to review the data and look at key patterns to ensure we are flagging any irregularities. You'll also need a proactive nature as you'll be supporting the team drive efficiencies to improve the speed and accuracy in which the team work.

A Few Things About You

  • You'll have a keen eye for detail and be comfortable with data entry.
  • You'll be friendly in nature as you will be dealing with your colleagues attendance queries
  • You'll be keen to support and drive efficiencies.
  • This role is an important step along the road to ensuring that all our colleagues are paid correctly and on time each pay day
