More About the Role

Providing high level 3rd line support to the business whilst working with a very dynamic and driven team. To work on the delivery of cutting edge technology’s in a rapidly expanding and dynamic company. The candidate will have a strong systems experience and the ability to offer high level technical expertise regarding the stability and growth of both current and future systems across Europe.

Here's What You Can Expect to be Doing

As well as focused on implementing new solutions, you will be responsible for the systems stability and robustness. This role will demand a highly technical background and the ability to understand, manage and resolve incidents of varying scale and complexity. A Systems Engineer requires excellent communication skills and the ability to translate highly complex issues to non-technical members of staff or 3rd parties.

Specifically this role will require an excellent ability to methodically perform an analytical thought process, which will include extracting information from business users and diagnostic tools.
