As a Software Development Team Lead, you will be a blend of maker and manager. You like to create an empowered, sustainable environment where the team will flourish.

It’s also still important for our culture in Tech to spend quality time together. So once or twice a month, we’d love to see you at our Bolton or Manchester base, whether that’s for a day of collaborative problem solving or to celebrate our successes as a team.
Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing
Through your own unique style, you create an environment that elevates your team.
You’ll work on creating a collaborative group that takes ownership and accountability of the products they own, empowering them to work on well-engineered outcomes at a sustainable pace.
You’ll identify opportunities to experiment with new initiatives, select opportunities for the team to take ownership and accountability while aiding the team to improve their standards using methodologies such as mob or pair programming. You’ll build a team that has the freedom to operate as one cohesive unit.
A Few Things About You
Technically, you have a deep knowledge of C#, along with either ASP.NET or .NET Core. AWS is our cloud platform of choice, however if you’re more experienced with Azure that's cool with us. You’re familiar with development frameworks, tools and best practice.
An agile evangelist, you know everything from ceremonies to WIP & pull systems and care about improving ways of working.
