About The Role

We are looking for an SEO Manager to define and own the SEO strategy with the explicit aim of growing traffic/revenue ( & As the SEO Manager you’ll take a data-driven approach and continuously look for ways to optimise and where relevant, automate. This role is fully accountable for the performance of SEO/Organic traffic and revenue and for ensuring SEO hygiene.

Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing

  • You’ll be responsible for managing, supporting, and developing a team of SEO specialists.
  • Conduct on-page and off-page SEO analysis and implement best practice solutions that are aligned with Google’s algorithm progression.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including the PR team to ensure we have a best-in-class link acquisition strategy.
  • Collaborate with content and tech teams to ensure SEO projects are delivered. This includes helping to create more awareness of SEO and the potential implications of not following SEO best practices.
  • Conduct thorough keyword and competitor research, highlighting missed opportunities and providing an action plan to outperform competitors.
  • Collaborate with acquisition managers & channel specialists to drive multi-channel performance across a diverse range of product categories.
  • We believe innovation is vital in achieving long-term growth/success and you will be expected to challenge the ordinary. We are looking for somebody who can consistently identify and test innovative opportunities.

A Few Things About You

  • You’ll have previous experience in a senior SEO role.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and mathematical skills, along with meticulous attention to detail
  • Highly proficient in Google Analytics & Microsoft Excel, as well as experience using SEO tools such as AHrefs, Screaming Frog, Sistrix & SEMrush.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work with a variety of styles and personalities
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a proven track record of being able to multitask
  • Excellent organisational and people management skills
