About The Role

This role is key in the customer’s sales journey. You’ll be the first point of contact and you’ll assist the customer through their buying process and provide the best service possible.
Working 40 hours per week on a rota basis (Mon-Sun), this role comes with a starting salary of £19K which can quickly move up to £22.5K. We also offer uncapped commission so there’s no end to what you can achieve!
Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing
We’ll give you all the tools you need to excel on the phone. You’ll be supported by our comprehensive induction and ongoing training with our Learning and Development team.
With a ‘customer first’ mindset, you’ll be taking inbound calls from our customers based on a wide variety of sales queries including handset, insurance, and connection sales, as well as taking retention calls trying to save our customers.
You’ll be establishing the customers' requirements through building rapport and using effective questioning, treating every customer like our gran and making decisions that would make our mums proud.
We'd love you to demonstrate a positive and driven mindset along with an attitude to succeed whilst exceeding your targets and excelling in your KPIs.
