About The Role
Here at AO we’re looking for an energetic and fast-learning individual to work as an administrator within our busy Returns department. This is a key role and an exciting opportunity to work within a small , friendly, dynamic team at AO Mobile to manage and improve the customer returns processes. We'd love you to join with a good understanding of Excel, a positive attitude and the ability to work alternating shifts
Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing
• IMPLEMENTING COMPANY RETURNS POLICIES
o Managing cancellations and exchanges
o Maintain files and emails
o Responsible for customer handsets out for repair
o Maintain a high level of customer service
o Suggest improvements to current processes
• LIAISE WITH THIRD PARTY LOGISTICS PROVIDER
o Via email and telephone
o Provide daily excel file with returns instructions
o Maintain data security with passwords
• LIAISE WITH NETWORKS
o Via email and system updates
o Advise on upgrades and cancellations
A Few Things About You
The candidate should have excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work, they must work well under pressure, have good attention to detail and ideally (although not essential as training will be provided) be competent in Excel (vlookups, function tools etc)
