About The Role
As our Quality and Compliance Manager you will be part of a wider quality team liaising with stakeholders within Logistics which includes Warehouse Operations, Inventory and Returns Managers making sure Quality is of high importance in everything that we do.
Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing
Our Quality and Compliance Manager will lead a team of 7 compliance coordinators to ensure that the end to end processes are being met to achieve delivery performance standards, reduce damaged products and meet data accuracy of stock handling. Working with the Operation to produce process maps in all areas, identify gaps in current processes and be bold enough to suggest and implement improvements.
You will be expected to deliver:
- A delivery performance in the excess of 99.5%
- All in damage performance of sub 1%
- Improve handover of each days work to the Outbases
A Few Things About You
We are looking for someone who passionately cares about reducing damage, so that our service is always exceptional and out customers are always happy. You will be approachable and be able to form excellent working relationships across our operation, but be able to remain fair and consistent in your approach when quality issues arise. We are looking for a Quality and Complaisance Manager who is tenacious and driven to achieve results and smart enough to suggest effective changes to the status quo in order to improve out services.
Ideally you will have:
- Great attention to detail
- Be relentless
- Have the ability to influence other people
- Results driven
- Operations background, ideally in compliance
- Good understanding of stock control
- Strong people management experience
- Competent with Excel and other Microsoft Packages
