About The Role

As a Product Specialist within the Products Team you will be responsible for the updating and uploading of new products setup across all site categories.

You will take responsibility for managing the new range and updating information on current range for a perfect customer journey through a number of marketing projects.

The role is working with 5 other product specialists in their own specific areas and will be based in our Bolton office (when it is safe to do so)

Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing

Maintaining current product information and updating new products on the website from with regards to product specification, images, energy labels, product fiche and manuals.

Working with suppliers and product managers ensuring all product information meets requirements on the website to given KPIs.

Ensuring all products are set up to meet go live dates.

Auditing all current information to meet requirements.

Working with copy and content team to ensure consistency is met across the website.

Managing facet navigation using Fredhopper (training given).

Using your creative knowledge to offer input on a number of projects to improve the customer journey.

A Few Things About You

Must have a keen interest in the products we sell and a willingness to learn and understand a vast amount of skus.
Experience in dealing with the products in the AO catalogue is an advantage but not essential.
Excellent attention to detail.
Competent user of Microsoft Office software and Photoshop however not essential as training can be given.
Self-motivated, have strong interpersonal skills and have the ability to solve problems at source.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
The ability to work well under pressure, prioritise and work within tight timescales.
