About The Role

As process manager you work to ensure that business process outcomes are in harmony with AO’s strategic goals. You will be required to work collaboratively across all departments of the organisation to help improve the management of a business process. You will also need to focus on the entire process from beginning to end, introducing innovation into the process that can impact results, enhance profitability, and assist AO to meet its business objectives and goals.

Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing

· Custodian of all business processes for the business.

· Evaluate existing business processes to meet business objectives.

· Create documentation to outline processes.

· Keep business process library up to date.

· Using analytical skills, suggest and implement process improvements.

· Deliver process changes because of strategic changes made.

· Manage process improvement team to implement process improvements.

· Monitor and conduct ongoing analysis to ensure processes are continually meeting business objectives.

· Design as is and to be processes to support enterprise applications.

· Write standard operating procedures.

· Ability to influence at all work levels.

· Develop and continually improve a scalable business process improvement blueprint to create value across AO and deliver operational excellence.

· Work with and across business units to identify enterprise level processes and drive improvements.

· Accountable for the delivery of process improvements to increase company performance whilst working with business unit process specialists.

· Responsible for building process improvement capability across AO.

· Accountable for enabling the programme outcomes through gaining sponsorship.

A Few Things About You

You’ll easily be able to create an environment for change.

· Highlight interdependencies and identify risks while prioritization and recommending actions in line with the strategic vision.

. Experience of process change delivery.

· Experience documenting and modelling end-to-end business processes.

· Experience of process improvement and optimisation.

· Experience of aligning process change to technology change.

· Experience of BPM tools and techniques.

· Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is desirable but not essential.

· Retail and ERP process experience is desirable but not essential.

· Works with Solution Architects to align future state processes with future state architecture, Business Architects to align processes to business process and capability models, Functional Consultants to align processes with the capabilities of core business systems and business analyses and end users to ensure alignment with requirements.

· Strong organisational skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy.
