About The Role

We are looking for someone to join our growing pricing team, at a really exciting time of transformation. Working alongside two analysts and a senior analyst to help drive forward system and process improvements. Ultimately improving the process for the pricing, trading and wider stakeholders to ensure we are getting the best price for the customer. This role is fundamental to increasing AO’s success and react to market situations in a timely manner. The role will focus on how we automate our systems, improve our day to day processes and help drive forward our data. The role is suitable for someone who can work efficiently in a quick moving team and have the ability to adapt and learn new skills quickly.

Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing

Responsibility for working alongside IT to help decide on the best way to automate, drive and challenge our current system

Liaising with trading teams to ensure process is smooth and solving any issues that arise

Analysis of data including pricing data, internal data, external competitor data and helping report on KPIs

Working with the analysts and senior analyst to ensure data is in the best format and driving that throughout the stakeholders

Looking for and searching out new ways to increase efficiency and challenge the norm

Incorporate new data in our analysis and add value to the wider business

Have responsibility for implementing key pricing projects with the senior pricing analyst

A Few Things About You

Experience of working in a quick working and driven environment.

Experience of dealing with IT teams and driving forward projects

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Logical and tenacious approach, demonstrating a can-do attitude.

Excellent organisation & attention to detail.

Strong communication skills both written and verbal.

Ability to learn new systems quickly and ask for help where needed.
