More About the Role

We are looking for highly ambitious, driven and motivated individuals who love to challenge themselves, to join our Sales Department based at our Head Office in Bolton.

The role of a "Sales Executive" is a pivotal part of a customer’s AO sales journey. You are the first point of contact and the customer trusts you to best assist them through their buying process.

The basic salary for the role is £10,000 with an uncapped commission structure. Realistic OTE of £16,500. Our commission structure is uncapped so our top earners take home in excess of £30,000!

Fixed Late Shift - 20 hours per week - Monday to Friday, 6-10pm Shift

You will be supported by our comprehensive Sales induction and ongoing training with our Sales training team.

When you’ve finished your course at university with the pre graduate sales scheme you’ll be ready to kick start your career by having the opportunity to join our AO sales family as a full time Sales Executive.

Here's What You Can Expect to be Doing

Our 12 month scheme involves an exciting thorough sales journey to success. Alongside the sales specific training you’ll receive, upskilling you in your sales ability, you’ll get chance to build your communication, relationship building and presentation skills alongside commercial awareness. All this through our accredited training workshops really getting to understand the industry, how it works and what we do across the business.

As a Pre Graduate Sales Executive you’ll be handling customer enquiries over the phone, assisting them in their order purchase whilst adopting a consultative approach to the sale.

You will:
* Establish the customers’ requirements through building rapport, trust and using effective questioning whilst consistently upholding our AO Values.
* Demonstrate a positive, determined and driven mindset with an attitude to succeed. Are ambitious and love a challenge!
* Have purpose in what you do, adopting a target driven attitude to exceed and excel KPI’s.

You will receive a mentor and personal coach guiding you through the scheme so after the 12 months not only will you have the best chance to win our pre graduate sales scheme holiday, but when you’ve finished your course at university you’ll be ready to kick start your career by having the opportunity to join our AO Sales family as a full time Sales Executive.
