About The Role

As our Warehouse Inventory Operative, you will strive to investigate and correct stock issues within the warehouse environment. The role will require use of our clamp truck equipment, VNA, but will also involve working on our internal WMS systems. You will report into our Inventory team, but work closely with the warehouse management to strive for the very best accuracy and therefore the best service we can provide to our customers.

Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing

The role will require a smart, inquisitive candidate with a desire and drive to achieve the accuracy required of a fast-growing business. They must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of management and report issues promptly. The role will also require careful handling of products using our clamp trucks or VNA to resolve the issues identified. The hours are 6pm-6am on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.

You will:

  • Monitor and investigate pick exceptions
  • Track bulk put-away and identify users not following processes
  • Collate evidence and submit to management teams
  • Submit KPIs for each shift on accuracy and performance
  • Score area condition, and accurately return to high standards
  • PI check bulk and rack stockholding in all sites
  • Process and empty issue area
  • Update stock records on our WMS within set rules
