About The Role
The People Service Delivery Team at AO are responsible for administering and coordinating activities for AO'ers (our employees) throughout the employment lifecycle.
AOer’s Data Management is a key component of this role and you will ensure that all employee details are recorded accurately across starters, leavers and as AOer’s move within our people systems.
The People Systems Administrator will support in ensuring that the data in the people system is maintained to a high standard of accuracy and integrity.
Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing
Ensure historical and new data held in the People system is captured fully and accurately in all fields
Ensure system admin processes are documented, communicated and accessible to People Team users
Drive improvements in the quality and availability of people data using appropriate tools, business processes and system standards.
A Few Things About You
Able to plan and organise own workload to meet changing priorities.
Familiarity with using business systems such as Word (including mail merges, document control and tracking changes, Excel (including formulas and logic) and ideally, an PEOPLE system or similar enterprise system
Ideally you would have previously worked within a shared service environment or a busy people / HR department.
