About The Role
You will be joining a very busy department and a crucial one as it ensures that our AO’ers get paid on time! The successful candidate will be assisting the finance department producing Monthly payroll records by collating information from various internal and external sources. You will assist with the production of monthly payroll and the elements that makes it up. On top of this, the Payroll Administrator will also have general and adhoc administrative duties.
Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing
Ensuring all weekly pay information is collated and forwarded to our provider within set timelines
The checking of payslips prior to BACS processing by accounts
The distribution of payslips, P45’s and administration of Tax codes for new starters
Checking and processing of Pension, Child vouchers & salary sacrifice payments
Reconciling charity donations

We are looking for an Administrator who embraces our culture and has passion towards finance and adheres to our values! You will be driven and smart to ensure that our people get paid on time and accurately. The ideal candidate will be caring and understanding regarding any issues regarding individual’s payslips or salary. At the same time, you will be bold enough to challenge any issues that may arise. On top of this we are looking for a fun individual to join the current team!
Experience of working in a finance/payroll is desirable
Experience of handling sensitive & confidential information
Analysing of payslips
Distribution of payslips, P45’s and administration of Tax codes
