About The Role

Our Inbound Sales Team are the definition of working at "AO Speed". They’re target driven. They’re money hungry. They’re passionate about sales. And they take home £16.5k a year on average - wowzer!!

So what do they do? Well, some of our customers like to speak to us on the phone because they want help finding the best deals, at the end of the day it can be a big decision! We also know things can go wrong down the line, so we like to make sure customers are protected by offering our handy insurance plan that covers their appliance from accidental damage and breakdowns.

It’s not all work and no play. We love to celebrate our wins with annual awards nights and team nights out. We offer loads of progression opportunities for you to take your career to the next level. Did you know, 100% of our sales managers have been promoted internally!

We know how much you earn and how much you work is super important, but don’t worry, we’ve got you covered;

  • Competitive basic salary of £11,140
  • Uncapped commission which we can back up - this year the team took home around £5k average commission!
  • Saturday and Sunday between 8am-5pm

You'll work every Saturday and Sunday based in the Bolton office; 8am-5pm You will be required to do 2 weeks of full time training Monday - Friday between 9am-6pm.

This will be for a start date of Monday 17th February 2025

Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing

  • Taking around 35 inbound calls a day, helping customers purchase new appliances
  • You’ll have a consultative approach, finding out what customers are looking for and why they need a new appliance
  • Confidently build rapport to create a long lasting impression and gain customers trust
  • Processing orders along with upselling and cross-selling
  • Making sure our customers are protected by offering our AO Care insurance plan
