More About the Role

We’re looking for someone to lead and develop our MDA team in a fun environment where 2 days are never really the same. You need to be quick thinking, fast paced, adaptable, great at building relationships but most of all, be people driven. We’re responsible for the company’s largest asset (our inventory) but we’re also responsible for our most valuable asset (our people) so your people skills need to be top notch. This ensures your team achieve their personal objectives and collectively we achieve our departmental objectives with our Trading colleagues and suppliers.

* Presenting to internal and external stakeholders
* Responsible for proposing and delivering the MDA stock budget
* Ensure outstanding stock availability for our customers
* Devise and implement supplier strategies
* Build and maintain internal relationships with key departments
* Lead and develop a team of ambitious and committed individuals
