About The Role

Our Marketplace team manage and grow a portfolio of multi-million-pound channels, including Amazon & eBay! You'll will be joining a small team that focuses on the day-to-day running and growing of our channels.

Our partnerships complement and support the delivery of longer-term growth plans for the retail business as a whole and are constantly growing and developing.

You’ll play a pivotal role within the team, liaising with various internal teams across the business to drive projects forward, constantly analysing performance, and spotting opportunities to grow the accounts.

We know we work better when we’re together, so all our AOers come into the office Monday to Friday. We collaborate more easily, have continual conversations, we’re more creative, give better support, and all this makes us more motivated and even better at what we do.

Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing

  • Work closely with external partners and internal stakeholders to create and implement roadmaps to achieve and outperform KPIs and targets.
  • Analyse and report on the performance and activities of each individual client and marketplace, sharing insights and actions.
  • Day-to-day account operations including, listing improvements, promotions, and account maintenance.
  • Oversee the marketing and advertising activity across channels, including Amazon and eBay advertising, maximising performance and return on investment.
  • Apply effective planning and tactical trading activities across each channel, working collaboratively with internal teams, from Commercial to Trade.
  • Regularly review and maintain each platform ensuring our proposition and content are complete and fully optimised to maximise our visibility in search results.

A Few Things About You

  • Experience in online marketing, ideally with marketplace or account management experience.
  • A proven track record of growing accounts
  • Goal orientated with experience working in a target-driven role
  • Top multitasker with the ability to proactively manage own workload and prioritise
  • Be data and insight driven.
