About The Role

Here at AO we are looking for a Campaign Manager to work as part of our Marketing Planning team. In this role you’ll be working with internal specialist channel planning teams to build well rounded marketing comms plans to support a range of business objectives.

No two days are the same here at AO, so the right candidate will be self-motivated and willing to get stuck in with whatever comes their way whether that’s delivering a high-profile campaign or looking at ways to constantly improve. This is an ever-evolving team with opportunities to get involved in a variety projects, so we’re looking for someone who will relish the challenge!

Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing

In this role you’ll be responsible for the development and delivery of comms plans to be used by internal activity owners ensuring communications are fully integrated across all channels. Working collaboratively with other specialist/expert marketing teams and internal colleagues you’ll develop plans, drive innovation and new opportunities to reach audiences.

You’ll be managing and optimising hard working, ready to go solutions for the most key business challenges. Managing capacity and prioritising across channels, you’ll work closely with channel leads to strike a balance between best practice and business opportunity. You’ll be Investigating and implementing process efficiencies around communications planning to ensure continuous improvement and new, more efficient ways of working

  • Extensive understanding and strong knowledge of media and the role of channels
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Organised and adept at prioritising a diverse workload
  • A superb team player who can build strong relationships and work with internal teams and project groups
  • Able to cope with ambiguity and express their point of view, ideas and solutions clearly and convincingly to stakeholders
  • Passionate about marketing communications and operates with energy and buzz
