More About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead several QAers in our Customer Experience domain - working closely with the development teams that look after our call-centre application, the MyAccount platform, as well as all interactions with our customers. Providing insight and expertise in improving the approach and processes that the teams employ. We're looking for individuals who can advocate improving the quality throughout our development process, and encourage continuous improvement to ways of working.
Here's What You Can Expect to be Doing
Coach, manage, and mentor up to five direct reports; push them out of their comfort zone to promote growth.
Take ownership and accountability for your direct reports.
Have a holistic view of the teams of which your direct reports work within; and be able to identify and assist in improvements and initiatives.
Advocate modern agile development practices including but not restricted to: Scrum, Lean, Kanban, XP, CDEP, and DevOps.
Design practices, processes, and systems to enable their team to work as effectively as possible.
Develop and execute on a plan to further develop a QA roadmap.
