More About the Role
As one of our Gas Installations Engineers you will provide a first class home delivery, installation and collection service to our customers. Installing a variety of gas and electrical cooker and hobs alongside other domestic appliances you will be supported by a management and technical team with a wealth of Gas and Electric industry knowledge.

Here's What You Can Expect to be Doing
You will constantly strive to ensure that your knowledge of regulations and legislation is well refreshed. You will make customer satisfaction and safety paramount in your day to day role as well as:
- Engaging with customers on face to face basis
- Making on the spot decisions regarding health & safety at the point of installation
- Keeping open lines of communication with customers and other team members
- Providing feedback on products or installation issues to improve our services going forward
- Working within industry and company safe working practices
- Installation of cookers, hobs and other domestic appliances (including AV products)
- Completing gas safety checks
- Fault finding with gas domestic appliances
A Few Things About You
Ideally you will come from a domestic appliance background, display great attention to detail that compliments your gas knowledge and have a strong customer focus. The drive and ability to adapt to new situations and work as part of a larger team is essential.
As our fleet continues to grow so too do the opportunities to develop and progress. As business we are dedicated to the ongoing training and development of our fleet and put a focus on internal progression.
Does life as an AO engineer sound like the right path for you?
To be one of our engineers you will require:
- Full UK driving license
- Gas Safe Registration
- ACS, CCN1 & CKR1
- Technical experience in the field
- LPG desirable
- AV installation experience desirable.
- Knowledge of integrated and built in appliances desirable
- Electrical qualifications desirable
