About The Role

Our Installations Administrators will work closely with the installations department. You will have regular contact with clients, our directors and senior team members as well as having good working relationships with apprentices and other departments within the business.

  • Salary: £20,500.00 - £21,500.00 per annum
  • Hours: Monday-Friday (37.5 hours per week)
  • Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
  • Location: AO Logistics, Weston Road, Crewe, CW1 6BF

Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing

  • Reporting figures and manipulating data for management review and audits
  • Diary management
  • Compiling performance stats for the management team
  • Timesheet processing
  • Uniform ordering, tracking and distribution
  • General administrative support for new starters
  • Minute taking for regular meetings
  • Meeting preparations and arrangements

A Few Things About You

  • Must have administrative / customer service experience
  • Able to prioritise tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Organised and able to work on own initiative
  • Able to build and maintain relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and peers
