About The Role

We‘re all about providing highly usable self-serve functionality so that our customers can seamlessly view and manage your orders online. We build relationships, learn what‘s valuable, and hold ourselves accountable for the usability, resiliency and security of our product.

As part of this team, you'll be working closely with other teams to surface new capabilities into MyAccount were previously customers had to contact us over the phone. Your work will be used daily by thousands of customers.

Working in a build measure learn way, new capabilities will be surfaced early to bring value whilst refining and iterating to create a great customer experience.

Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing

Working alongside our UX, Data Scientists and QA teams you’ll be building, feature-rich, responsive and insight-led experiences for our Customers.

MVT (A/B/n testing) sits at the heart of everything we do. You’ll work with our optimisation team to run tests across the entire application.

We want your input on team process and ways of working, helping to set the teams OKRs and deciding what it is that we work on.

A Few Things About You

We use the following technologies, so commercial experience with them is beneficial, although you don’t need to be a master at them:

· HTML / CSS / SASS

· JavaScript (ES6) / Angular JS and React JS

· Redux

· Node JS based tooling (Gulp / Webpack etc.)

· Experience of cloud solutions / AWS / Azure

· TDD/ Unit testing /Jest
