About The Role
Our advertising and campaign team sit right at the heart of AO - it's down to them to make sure we're getting in front of the right customers and showcasing everything we offer. In this role, you’ll help manage our digital media strategy, providing the direction for all our paid social, display, and youtube activity.

Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing
- You’ll be the channel expert for AO, providing campaign performance and optimisation insights into the best strategies and tactics
- Oversee the work of a Digital Media Exec, training technical knowledge, and managing workflow
- Build strong working relationships within marketing, trade marketing, buying, creative etc
- Manage the enhancement of AO’s overall approach to Paid Media and design strategies that can be automated and executed
- Oversee platform strategy, execution, performance, and reporting of the media campaign across Paid Social platforms, Display, and YouTube
- Be comfortable with representing your team and channels in senior-level conversations
- Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications
A Few Things About You
- Experience managing Paid Media budgets and strategies
- Comfortable driving the Paid Social, Display, and YouTube forward, always looking at what’s next
- Excellent self-awareness and comfortable managing with a collaborative style
- Experience managing platform providers like Meta and Google
- Strong commercial knowledge and can continue to drive ROI
