About The Role

This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the digital learning strategy for an organisation that is focused on helping AOers take control of their own development and shape their careers.

You will work closely with the wider L&D team and stakeholders to design and develop exciting and engaging learning content and be part of a winning culture at AO

Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing

  • Expert knowledge of learning design theory and practical application across all type of learning environment, keeping up to date with new thinking/approaches and sharing with the wider team
  • Design and deliver blended learning initiatives, using creative, innovative and evidence-based approaches which deliver impact to the learner and the business
  • Ownership of the content development process, which includes; completing the TNA, project plan, kick off meeting, design, sourcing from internal/external parties, sign off, Train the Trainer and/or delivery and evaluation.
  • Design or source learning using the most appropriate L&D route including digital learning routes, use of virtual tools and resources
  • Experienced in the use of digital resources to create and deliver learning e.g. authoring tools, virtual classrooms, creation of infographics, videos etc.
  • Competent in the production of storyboards as part of the creative learning process
  • Experienced in using a wide range of authoring tools e.g. articulate 360, adapt and adobe creative cloud
  • Ability to choose the most effective, relevant and engaging learning methods to be incorporated into all materials.

A Few Things About You

  • Experienced in the use of digital resources to create and deliver learning e.g. authoring tools, virtual classrooms, creation of infographics, videos etc.
  • Competent in the production of storyboards as part of the creative learning process
  • Experienced in using a wide range of authoring tools e.g. articulate 360, adapt and adobe creative cloud
  • Experience of managing and using Learning Management Systems /LXP ideally Thrive
