About The Role

We’re on the look-out for a proactive, highly driven and experienced Senior Web Analytics Manager to join our exciting UK Retail and AO Mobile Business.

You'll play a critical role in leading the acquisition and web analytics team that supports the wider business to deliver a best-in-class, trusted, and commercially focused web analytics service.

Ensuring the highest quality standards of data collation and integrity within our web analytics platform, delivering timely insight and analysis on website performance to help optimise customer experiences and ultimately drive the commercial success of the business is key.

Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing

  • Devise budget for all acquisition channels and work with the Acquisition team to support the executions of campaigns in conjunction with agency teams to deliver profitable omnichannel sales through agreed traffic and ROI target
  • Analyse and report on acquisition marketing effectiveness, recommending optimisations and determining weekly, monthly and annual forecasts to measure against.
  • Working with the acquisition lead to optimise investments towards profitable acquisition activities through deep understanding of unit economics, customer database, segmentation, attribution, LTV and profitability models
  • Identify, explore and implement new acquisition channel opportunities to drive omnichannel brand awareness and profitable new customer growth.
  • Ensuring the highest quality standards of data collation and data integrity within our web analytics platform and associated systems (including development and management of robust data governance processes)
  • Establish stakeholder and KPI-focused self-serve capability within the web analytics platform to leverage insight and drive data-driven decision making across the business
  • Proactively deliver insight led and commercially focused web analytics services to drive action and business value for key stakeholders
  • Work hand in hand with the commercial analysis team to bring trading results to life through web analytics
  • Managing and developing a small team to help enhance their skills

A Few Things About You

  • Proven track record of delivering results in Web Analytics
  • Minimum 3 year’s experience (Google Analytics & Adobe Analytics preferable)
  • Passion for data visualisation
  • Previous experience of managing senior stakeholders
  • Experience of managing and developing a team
