More About the Role

Reporting into the Dialler Manager, you will be working within the Dialler and Resourcing team in the management of the Aftercare department’s Dialler campaigns. You will be assisting the Dialler Manager in managing the day to day running of the Dialler campaigns.

Here's What You Can Expect to be Doing

Responsible for day to day execution and monitoring of the calls servicing technology

Managing outbound (blended) dialling across all relevant campaigns (weekends and evenings)

Responsible for day to day execution and monitoring of the calls servicing technology

Monitor in real time contact rate, dropped call rate and agent wait times.

Load data into the Dialler from external data suppliers.

Produce daily KPI’s and reports as required.

Monitor hourly dialler data loads

Keep dialler downtime to a minimum and ensure any issues are communicated to IT/management immediately.

Provide onsite telephony and IT support as needed.

A Few Things About You

Desirable Experience:

Dialler management experience * Knowledge of SQL would be advantageous

What skills do I need to have?

High level of ability working will all Microsoft office, especially Excel

Hardworking, flexible and ambitious with a ‘can do’ attitude

Ability to self-motivate
