About The Role

There’s no doubt that our Supply Chain Team work at ‘AO Speed’ and that’s why they’re always growing. This is where you come in. You’ll have the opportunity to play a key part within AO, have some amazing conversations, gain loads of knowledge about the supply chain and develop new and exciting skills!

You’ll be speaking to our suppliers to help get everything booked into our warehouse on time. But that’s not all of it, you’ll also be managing the supplier order books and meeting with some amazing internal and external people! You’ll also be given the opportunity to work autonomously once you know what your day to day looks like.

We know we work better when we’re together, so all our AOers come into the office Monday to Friday. We collaborate more easily, have continual conversations, we’re more creative, give better support, and all this makes us more motivated and even better at what we do.

Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing

  • You will be booking deliveries from the supplier into the warehouse - ensuring a smooth distribution of goods in
  • Managing the supplier order book
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal & external stakeholders
  • Enhance your system knowledge (Core, Relex, Pass, Geac)
  • KPI management, producing weekly reports for suppliers, reporting data accurately and turning it into useful information
  • Processing supplier manifests
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal & external stakeholders
  • Placing short term KLS orders against supplier lead times
  • KPI Management, producing weekly reports for suppliers (data reporting)
  • Achieving KPI targets; relating to customer fulfilment & KLS deliveries

A Few Things About You

  • Competent on MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Ability to communicate confidently internally and externally
  • Able to use initiative and work well under pressure
