About The Role

An exciting interim opportunity has come up in our finance team for a Billing Clerk. The right candidate would be expected to manage an allocated portfolio of customer accounts with regard to all aspects of billing administration. The role will ensure the timely and accurate production and issue of invoices in line with contractual terms and upload invoices to Customer portals where specified and ensure core systems accurately reflects all billing activity.

Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing

  • Extraction and manipulation of large data sets from multiple systems
  • Reconciliation of order, pricing and PO information to facilitate billing
  • Create/issue invoices in line with contractual terms
  • Upload invoices to Customer portals where required
  • Ensure core systems accurately reflects all revenue invoiced
  • Production of management information (status reporting)

A Few Things About You

  • Experience in a fast paced sales ledger environment
  • Experience in financial accounting software, such as Microsoft Dynamics (AX) is preferred but not essential
  • Strong Excel/Microsoft office skills
  • Experience of reconciling and working with large data sets
  • Be able to prioritise workload
