About The Role

The Assistant Facilities Manager role is an integral part of the Facilities Management team, helping to maintain our estate to a high standard while ensuring our compliance responsibilities are met at all times. You will be building relationships with our stakeholders and ensuring our estate is 100% compliant while delivering all planned and reactive maintenance.

Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing

•Building relationships with our contractors, as well as forging new relationships with perspective contractors.
•Complete agreed compliance audits
•Ensure both reactive and planned works are completed within SLA
•Managing the PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) Schedule
•Building relationships with our internal stakeholders (warehouse managers, office staff, H&S team etc.)
•Manage contractors, ensure they are adhering to our H&S policies by reviewing RAMS prior to work starting and issue permits as appropriate.

A Few Things About You

  • A minimum of 2 years’ professional experience within a Facilities role
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Full Driving Licence
  • Well adverse to using Microsoft Office
