More About the Role

The affiliate channel is a vital part of’s paid acquisition strategy, working with hundreds of websites who advertise the brand. It’s a varied role - from dealing with reporting, to setting up offers, helping customers claim their discounts, to keeping affiliates up to date with ao news. It’s a fast-paced and reactive environment, with a great freedom to come up with ideas & try new things

Here's What You Can Expect to be Doing

Work with the Affiliate & Partnerships Manager to review performance against targets and share learnings with the wider team

Help to plan and book in promotional activity across key affiliates

Co-ordinate the set-up of display banners, email templates and landing pages to support our offers

Monitor competitor activity and check all our offers are displaying as expected

Set up commissions & follow invoicing procedures

Build relationships, externally & internally, to ensure the AO culture is delivered

A Few Things About You

A people person able to develop and maintain relationships

Good with numbers and an eye for a good deal

Able to juggle multiple tasks and keep on top of things

A strong communicator with plenty of ideas

An interest in digital marketing and a willingness to learn
